• 900g courgettes, skin off and roughly sliced
  • 200g feta
  • 200ml Greek yoghurt- add more depending on the consistency you like
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • A little extra virgin olive oil and crumbled feta to finish
  • Sprinkle of dried oregano and Mediterranean spice mix
  • Half a sachet of Bimuno. Either incorporate while blending or sprinkle over to finish

  • Peel and roughly chop the courgettes
  • Mince 3 cloves of garlic
  • Measure out the rest of your ingredients
  • Blend together in an electric blender
  • Serve and sprinkle over the half sachet of Bimuno
  • Enjoy with chopped veggies and or toasted bread
