Ingredients:
- 900g courgettes, skin off and roughly sliced
- 200g feta
- 200ml Greek yoghurt- add more depending on the consistency you like
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- A little extra virgin olive oil and crumbled feta to finish
- Sprinkle of dried oregano and Mediterranean spice mix
- Half a sachet of Bimuno. Either incorporate while blending or sprinkle over to finish

Method:
- Peel and roughly chop the courgettes
- Mince 3 cloves of garlic
- Measure out the rest of your ingredients
- Blend together in an electric blender
- Serve and sprinkle over the half sachet of Bimuno
- Enjoy with chopped veggies and or toasted bread
