We understand that sometimes things may happen that intervene with you taking your Bimuno. You can move your next delivery by going to the subscriptions in your account and moving the order date to that of your choosing.

We should remind you that Bimuno works best when taking daily. If you would like advice on how to take Bimuno , please reach out to us here: Contact Us | Help & Information | Bimuno UK and a member of our team will be able to help you. Orders can be moved by a maximum of 90 days only.

You can move your next delivery by going to te subscription in your accoun and moving the order date to that of your choosing. Please note that the payment card on file will be billed on the same date you move your next order to.

We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive.

For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to check where your order is.

Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot.

We use EVRI as our delivery provider. Once your order goes out for delivery, you will receive an email update with your delivery window. If you are not in, EVRI will leave in a safe place or if not believed safe, they will leave a calling card.

All items ordered with Bimuno depend upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we’ll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.

Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we’ll get in touch to let you know.

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship orders to addreses residing in the UK. We are working on ways to expand our international delivery in the future.

Yes, your delivery address is chosen at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to the saved address on your subscription. To change your address, click into your subscription and scroll to “delivery details” and click “edit.

Please note that you can add a saved address in your account, but to update your recurring deliveries, this must be done by directly clicking into the subscription.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it.

Occasionally, we may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed.

Our delivery team work efficiently to ship your order within 24 hours of your order date. We work with Evri as our delivery partner and safe arrival is expected within 3-4 days, if not sooner. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping email, and EVRI will contact you on the day of delivery with a 2h delivery window.

Sometimes we ship items separately to make sure that any delayed items do not hold up the rest of the order. It is therefore possible that the missing item may be on a separate shipment.

Your dispatch confirmation email will list the items that have been sent. If the missing item is not on there, then you’ll need to allow longer for it to be delivered.

We love that you are enjoying our Bimuno products and referring us to friends — we really appreciate your support in spreading the word on our award-winning prebiotic and commitment to improving gut health for all. We do not currently have unique links set up for referrals but are working on adding this to our service soon.

Orders can be paid for online via credit or debit card. PayPal is also available for our 30-day trial packs, or one-time purchase products.

All prices on our website include VAT.

If you’re seeing the status ‘Payment Problem’ on one or more of your orders, there has been an error with the payment information that has been given.

To resolve, click into the order detail and you will see an option to resolve the issue with an update. Before re-entering any card details, you’ll need to make sure that the expiry date and billing address are correct. We also recommend checking funds in the account.

If you’ve done all that and still can’t fix the problem, then please contact our Customer Service team who’d be happy to help.

Once you place an order, the payment will show in your account as pending until we send the products to you.The pending transaction is telling you that the payment is authorised to be taken.

To update a payment card linked to your subscription, please visit your account and click “view all” under subscriptions and “manage subscriptions” and “edit” payment method.

You can manage your saved payment cards by clicking into ‘Payment Cards’ under Account Settings.

Once you’ve added your items to cart, click ‘Basket’. Underneath your order total, add your code in the box which says ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’.

Click apply and you will see the final amount reduced from your total before finalising payment.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied.
