Delivery
We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive.
For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to check where your order is.
Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot.

If you do need to report your order as lost then please contact our Customer Service via the 'Still need help?' section (below).
We use EVRI as our delivery provider. Once your order goes out for delivery, you will receive an email update with your delivery window. If you are not in, EVRI will leave in a safe place or if not believed safe, they will leave a calling card.
Ordering
All items ordered with Bimuno depend upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we’ll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.
Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we’ll get in touch to let you know.
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship orders to addreses residing in the UK. We are working on ways to expand our international delivery in the future.
For a seamless checkout, please Log-in to your account to begin browsing the website.Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to basket’. You can either carry on shopping or click ‘View Basket’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.
If you have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise you’ll need to enter the details manually.
Check everything is correct and you’re good to go. We’ll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.

Occasionally, we may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed.
Our delivery team work efficiently to ship your order within 24 hours of your order date. We work with Evri as our delivery partner and safe arrival is expected within 3-4 days, if not sooner. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping email, and EVRI will contact you on the day of delivery with a 2h delivery window.

Sometimes we ship items separately to make sure that any delayed items do not hold up the rest of the order. It is therefore possible that the missing item may be on a separate shipment.
Your dispatch confirmation email will list the items that have been sent. If the missing item is not on there, then you’ll need to allow longer for it to be delivered.

Payments and Discounts
We love that you are enjoying our Bimuno products and referring us to friends — we really appreciate your support in spreading the word on our award-winning prebiotic and commitment to improving gut health for all. We do not currently have unique links set up for referrals but are working on adding this to our service soon.
Orders can be paid for online via credit or debit card. PayPal is also available for our 30-day trial packs, or one-time purchase products.
All prices on our website include VAT.
If you’re seeing the status ‘Payment Problem’ on one or more of your orders, there has been an error with the payment information that has been given.
To resolve, click into the order detail and you will see an option to resolve the issue with an update. Before re-entering any card details, you’ll need to make sure that the expiry date and billing address are correct. We also recommend checking funds in the account.
If you’ve done all that and still can’t fix the problem, then please contact our Customer Service team who’d be happy to help.
Once you place an order, the payment will show in your account as pending until we send the products to you.The pending transaction is telling you that the payment is authorised to be taken.
To update a payment card linked to your subscription, please visit your account and click “view all” under subscriptions and “manage subscriptions” and “edit” payment method.
You can manage your saved payment cards by clicking into ‘Payment Cards’ under Account Settings.

Once you’ve added your items to cart, click ‘Basket’. Underneath your order total, add your code in the box which says ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’.
Click apply and you will see the final amount reduced from your total before finalising payment.

Returns & Refunds
When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. You have 14 days to return your order under our 14-day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item.

To process a return, please contact our service team with your order number, email address and reason for return. We will then provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and will confirm the address you need to return the item to.

Product Advice
FODMAPs are fermentable short-chain carbohydrates, which are fermentable (eaten) by the bacteria in your gut. As Bimuno contains our unique patented GOS (galacto-oligosaccharides), which is derived from milk and intended to help feed the bacteria in your stomach, it would not be considered a low FODMAP supplement. For those who are following a low-fodmap diet or in a period of eliminating food groups, you may wish to not use Bimuno during this time.
That said, despite being a fermentable oligosaccharide and thus falling into the FODMAP category, it has been scientifically proven to be well-tolerated and we would recommend chatting with your healthcare professional for further guidance.
Bimuno Original is a prebiotic food supplement and is not affected by heat. This means that you can add Bimuno to food and drink of your choice, as well as cook with it and you won't lose any of the benefits.
Bimuno Immunity products are also a prebiotic but the Vitamins included in the formulation can be heat sensitive and so we would recommend adding the powder to cold food, or once the food is cooked. We would not recommend cooking with it.
The term ultra-processed foods is usually based on a food classification method called NOVA which defines ultra-processed foods as those made by industrial processing and that often contain additives such as colours, flavours, emulsifiers or preservatives.[1]
Many UPFs contain high quantities of sugar, salt, fat and additives, which are associated with poor health outcomes and an increased risk of non-communicable diseases. However, not all UPFs are classified as unhealthy and can be included to support a healthy, balanced diet. This can be the case with food supplementation, whereby the manufacturing process and use of synthetic ingredients can leave them being categorised as ultra-processed despite being used to support various aspects of health and well-being.

Ultra-processed foods are often defined by formulations consisting mostly or entirely of foods or additives, but ultra-processed products also include other sources of energy and nutrients not normally used in culinary preparations. Some of these are directly extracted from foods, such as casein, lactose, whey and gluten. [1]
Our GOS is enzymatically derived from lactose and produced through a proprietary process that takes place in a factory. In the case of Bimuno Immunity, it is then combined with maltodextrin and added vitamins to make the final product. The processes used to create Bimuno therefore could qualify it as an ultra-processed food.
Maintaining an optimal and delicate balance of bacteria in the gut is associated with health benefits and supporting the gut through supplementation with prebiotics has not been associated with any health conditions that are linked to UPFs.
