Ingredients:
2 fillets of salmon
- 1 courgette
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 3 sprigs of basil (about 10g of basil leaves)
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for cooking
- salt and black pepper for seasoning
- 1 sachet Bimuno® Original
- 1 lemon
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 fan
- Slice your courgette, tomatoes and lemon whichever way you like and place in a lined oven dish along with your salmon
- Sprinkle over your Bimuno sachet, seasoning, basil leaves and oil
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately. I’m serving mine with black rice cooked in bone broth
