• 2 fillets of salmon

  • 1 courgette
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 3 sprigs of basil (about 10g of basil leaves)
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for cooking
  • salt and black pepper for seasoning

  • Preheat oven to 180 fan
  • Slice your courgette, tomatoes and lemon whichever way you like and place in a lined oven dish along with your salmon
  • Sprinkle over your Bimuno sachet, seasoning, basil leaves and oil
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately. I’m serving mine with black rice cooked in bone broth
