• 750ml water
  • 1 heaped tbsp any antioxidant rich greens powder
  • 2 heaped tbsp whole yoghurt
  • 1 sachet Bimuno prebiotic powder
  • 1 papaya
  • Optional: sprinkle of bee pollen


  • Put all your ingredients into a blender. You can choose to de-seed the papaya, but the seeds are edible.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Serve cold (you can add some ice if you prefer).
  • Enjoy!
