Life Lessons 2022 Festival Entry Tickets Giveaway

  1. By submitting a competition entry, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Clasado Limited (company number 05268862), with a registered address at Imperium Building, Imperial Way, Worton Grange, Reading, RG2 0TD, UK (hereafter the "Promoter").
  3. The Promoter is offering those who enter this competition a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Life Lessons 2022 Festival on 9 - 11 September 2022 at London King’s Cross. Each ticket can be used in one day only. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
  4. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any Promoter employees or affiliate companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with this prize draw.
  5. To enter this prize draw, entrants must submit their entry by emailing hello@bimuno.com before the end of 22nd August 2022. All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw with 6 winners selected at random by the Promoter. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  6. The competition is open to entries from 00:01 on 19th August 2022 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 22nd August 2022 (the "Closing Date").
  7. There is a limit of one entry per person. Each winner may only be awarded one prize and cannot secure multiple prizes.
  8. The acceptance, disqualification, or deletion of entries, without explanation or prior notification, is entirely at the discretion of the Promoter and its agents. Travel, food, accommodation, and any other extras are not included. If a prize (or part of the prize if applicable) is no longer available for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter retains the right to substitute, at its discretion, each prize with another similar prize in the event the original prize offered is not available. Winners and their guests are not allowed to resell their prize tickets to other people. 
  9. The winners will be notified before 26th August 2022 by email from the Promoter and will be sent the tickets before the event to attend. If a winner cannot be contacted or if he/she fails to confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days, the prize will be rewarded to somebody else. The Promoter accepts no liability if the winner’s notification is lost when electronically sent and/or does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its control.
  10. By entering the competition, entrants permit the Promoter to use their details in post-promotion publicity, including but not limited to, on the Bimuno.com website, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram, and other marketing communications.
  11. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter's decisions.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).
  13. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
