Like many others I saw the BBC documentary on sleep. I'm usually fairly sceptical of these things; dietary changes never seem to have much effect. But since the presenter's sleep problems seemed very similar to mine I decided to give Bimuno a try (once it was back in stock!). To my surprise it's helped! It's not perfect, I still wake up some nights, but far less frequently than before and when I do wake I fall asleep again far quicker. It's definitely worth trying.
