UK REGULAR

  1. Royal Mail 2nd Class service which is free of charge and is delivered between 2-5 working days.

UK TRACKED

  1. Royal Mail Tracked 48 service at £3.95 per order, includes a tracking number and is delivered within 3 working days. This service is available on orders up to 2KG e.g. 8x Bimuno DAILY.

INTERNATIONAL

  1. REGULAR - Royal Mail Airmail World Where applicable, this service is offered based on postage weight and destination. For most international countries, this option is only available for purchases of a maximum of two products.
  2. EXPEDITED - Norsk International eCommerce service, ensuring your order is delivered on time and more importantly in perfect condition.

Where is my order?

For items sent via our Regular shipping option, we do not offer a tracked service. If you have not received your order 10 working days after the due date (Dispatch date plus a maximum of five working days), then your order may be considered lost and you might be able to claim for compensation, check if you’re eligible.

Once you have confirmed with us that you have still not received your order after the above threshold, we will then open an enquiry with The Royal Mail and arrange for a replacement to be sent out with immediate effect.

What is our Returns Policy?

Items can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all packaging intact and must be returned within 30 days of despatch.

If you do not have your despatch note or invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number and reason for return to the below address (sent at your own cost unless agreed otherwise with Clasado):
