Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Servings 2 people


  • Blender


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup berries (usually blueberries, blackberries,strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants)
  • 30 g oats
  • 300 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 or 2 (max) sachets of Bimuno DAILY


  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix.
  • (OPTIONAL) If a less thick consistency is preferred, add an extra dash of milk.

Berries are rich in nutrients! They are a rich source of polyphenols – food compounds that gives the berries their rich natural colours, but also works as an antioxidant in the body, helping to keep free radicals under control. Polyphenols are thought to have a positive effect on heart health, as well as reducing oxidative stress in the body.
