  • Do I need to open a new account to buy from the new website?

No, if you previously held an account with us, the details are exactly the same. Just login as before.

  • When I try to go into the section ‘For HCPs’, something pops up and says that this area is only for professionals. Why is this?

We have created a section on our website where we hold information about clinical studies and also some technical data about the product. There is no consumer information in there and it is not possible to buy Bimuno® in this section.

  • Why have you changed the Packaging on Bimuno®?

We have had the current packaging in the market for many years and we thought it was about time we updated our look.

We think the new design looks more modern and stands out better on the shelf.

  • Are the contents of the new packs the same?

The new packs contain exactly the same sachets as the old packs; we have not changed the contents.

  • I have seen the old pack still available in some places/I have seen a different pack available in some places.

  • Is it OK to use the Bimuno® products in the old packaging?

Yes, the product in the old packaging is OK to use as long as it is before the Best Before Date on the bottom of the pack.
