An easy way to support your gut
Bimuno® is a daily food supplement containing a unique natural active ingredient (Galactooligosaccharides (GOS) which naturally feeds and stimulates the growth of good bacteria in the gut.
A healthy balanced diet rich in fibre can help achieve an optimally balanced gut but most of us aren’t eating the right kinds of foods that offer us this. A high fibre food supplement such as Bimuno can feed the good bacteria in your gut and help bridge that gap.
Bimuno is an insoluble fibre, which travels through your digestive system intact as it is unaffected by heat and acidity. It’s like a fertiliser, encouraging the growth of naturally occurring good gut bacteria specific to you.
How does Bimuno work?
Bimuno is a non-digestible fibre that is not absorbed into your system, it passes through the upper gastro-intestinal tract unchanged until it reaches the colon. Here Bimuno stimulates the growth of good bacteria in the gut which competes for space with the bad bacteria. The timing of this rebalancing of the gut bacteria averages around 7 days*, but everyone is different.
How do I take Bimuno?
Bimuno DAILY is a daily fibre powder supplement. It can be added to tea, coffee, juice or your breakfast cereal, simply pour in the sachet and stir until dissolved. The powder is tasteless so won’t affect the taste of the food or drink you’re taking it with. A box contains 30 sachets.
If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend starting off on a dose of half a sachet per day, if it’s well tolerated, you can increase the dose to a full sachet per day after 7-10 days.
Having a real joy for life, Carl loves to travel to far away destinations—his next long trip is to discover India in February.Carl discovered Bimuno during his time working in London. Leading a very hectic lifestyle with frequent business meetings abroad, large scale presentations, and high pressures of a large corporation, Carl noticed that he was feeling lethargic and generally lackluster which forced him to seek help of a nutritionist. ..
